paperhello offers wedding stationery that is beautifully unique. Every care is taken to ensure you are completely happy with your chosen design for your big day. Our design ranges can be adapted to all your stationery requirements from Save the Date cards to Menus and Thank You cards. Each design is printed on 330gsm white card, and supplied with white, ivory or pearl envelopes. paperhello uses a trusted local printer who guarantees a very high quality product. To make your wedding stationery completely bespoke you can commission us to create your own personal design, or to adapt the characters in the existing designs to look like the happy couple. paperhello can also arrange to have your chosen design printed onto beer or wine labels for a memorable wedding favor or gift.

All you need to do now is:
• Choose your design or commission your very own design
• Choose the wording and colours you would like
• Decide on quantities and how many stationery items you require and fill out the order form
• 50% of your payment is due via PayPal or cheque
• You will receive an email proof of each item you have ordered
• Each item usually needs some amendments before sign off
NB. Any changes made after this point will entail extra costs.
• Printed proofs of each item will be posted to you for your final approval
It is essential to check these carefully and for Menus to be double checked by your catering company.
Please note that colours can vary slightly from those seen on screen.
• The remaining 50% payment is due via PayPal or cheque. Postage is charged at this point. Please allow extra postage charges for multiple orders. See our price list for more details.
• Your stationery is delivered ready for your big day

We advise you to order your invitations at least 5 months before your wedding day, and recommend having the RSVP date about 6 weeks before your wedding date. This allows a good amount of time to print place cards and table plans. We advise at least 2 months prior to your wedding day to order your order of service. There is no need to order all your items in one go; we will always work hard to ensure you are happy with your stationery and that it arrives on time. Please advise when you would like us to deliver your Ceremony stationery. Allow 20 working days from receiving the signed-off printed proof for your stationery to arrive.
